本政策說明「Translate and Learn languages」（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理你的資料。本 App 由獨立開發者經營，重視你的隱私，不會蒐集任何個人身分資訊（PII），也不含廣告或第三方追蹤。

我們處理的資料

• 裝置識別碼：本 App 會產生一組隨機的裝置識別碼，用於計算免費額度與防止濫用。此識別碼無法用來辨識你本人。
• 你輸入的內容：為了提供翻譯、發音與情境分析功能，你輸入的文字、語音錄音，以及你選擇提供的照片會傳送到我們的伺服器，並轉送給下列第三方 AI 服務商處理。資料僅於你使用相關功能時、為提供該功能而傳送。
• 使用統計：每次請求會記錄時間、語言對、輸入/輸出大小與估算成本，用於營運與防濫用。
• 技術資訊：App 版本、作業系統版本與平台類型。

本 App 不蒐集姓名、Email、電話、地理位置或廣告識別碼。

第三方 AI 服務商

為提供翻譯功能，你的內容會傳送給下列第三方 AI 服務商處理，並受其各自的隱私政策約束。我們僅傳送提供功能所需的內容，且要求這些服務商對你的資料提供同等或更高的保護：

• OpenAI（將你輸入的文字與照片用於翻譯、學習內容生成與情境分析）
• ElevenLabs（將你的語音錄音用於語音轉文字，並產生道地發音）

資料保存

使用統計資料最多保存 90 天後自動刪除。我們不會長期保存你的翻譯內容或圖片。

你的選擇

本 App 無需註冊帳號。刪除 App 即停止任何資料傳送。如需刪除與你裝置識別碼相關的資料，請來信 bryanshihpeng@gmail.com。

兒童

本 App 非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會在知情下蒐集其資料。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how "Translate and Learn languages" (the "App") handles your data. The App is operated by an independent developer, collects no personally identifiable information (PII), and contains no ads or third-party tracking.

Data we process

• Device identifier: a random per-device ID used only to enforce the free quota and prevent abuse. It cannot identify you personally.
• Your input: to provide translation, pronunciation, and context analysis, the text you enter, your voice recordings, and photos you choose to provide are sent to our server and forwarded to the third-party AI providers below. Data is sent only when you use the relevant feature, and only to provide that feature.
• Usage metrics: each request logs a timestamp, language pair, input/output size, and estimated cost for operations and abuse prevention.
• Technical info: app version, OS version, and platform type.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or advertising identifiers.

Third-party AI providers

To provide translation, your content is sent to the following third-party AI providers for processing, subject to their own privacy policies. We send only the content needed to provide the feature, and require these providers to give your data the same or greater protection:

• OpenAI (uses the text and photos you enter for translation, learning-content generation, and context analysis)
• ElevenLabs (uses your voice recordings for speech-to-text and to generate natural pronunciation)

Data retention

Usage metrics are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted. We do not retain your translation content or images long-term.

Your choices

No account is required. Deleting the App stops all data transmission. To delete data associated with your device identifier, email bryanshihpeng@gmail.com.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
